    konsultasikan dgn dokter / bidan. baiknya minum vitamin yg aman untk ibu hamil contoh folamil genio, blackmores pregnancy and breastfeeding di dalamnya lengkap multivitamin ada vit c juga. smg sehat selalu yaa
