Banyakkan minum air.atleast 2litre sehari.makan buah tembikai.berat baby jgn risau sangat.asalkan puan makan makanan berkhasiat.sebab scan ni cuma estimate je.time nak melahirkan anak saya dorang kata 2.8kg tapi keluat 2.6kg. Dont stress urself ok.❤❤
