Hi mommy! for my baby natuto po siya umupo unassisted before she turned 6 months. Mga 5 months and half po siguro. Giving them few tummy time everyday will strengthen their neck, back, legs, arms and shoulder muscles mommy which can help later on sa pag upo po nila pati sa pag roll over and crawling.
