Bagi pengalaman dong parents...

Anakku usianya 3bln 4hari tapi kok belum ada tanda2 mau tengkurep. Apa boleh kita bantu si kecil buat angkat2 badannya? Anakku juga tidurnya masih lebih banyak siang daripada malam.. seperti belum bisa memedakan siang dan malam, itu gimana parent?
