Sakit punggung & kram perut

Bunda...ada gx yg pernah sakit punggung sebelah kiri hingga menimbulkan rasa kram dperut kiri saat hamil 16w..? gimana cara mengurangi rasa sakit'y bun..?

    Moms...aq hamil 13w4d tp udah bbrp hari ini sering pipis terus menerus..dsaat pipis vagina rasa ngilu..Waktu cek ke dokter katanya gpp setiap pengen pipis..pipisin aj..gaboleh di tahan.Ada yg prnh kaya' gini gx moms? Solusinya apa?
