hello po. ask ko lang if ano mga need to prepare para sa certification ng birth ni baby. hindi pa po kami married and he can't come rin po dito sa amin. pirma lang po ba ang need or may kailangan pa na other documents? if may documents pa, ano pong mga documents yun?. thank you sa mga sasagot. 😊

if d po kasal hinihingan po nila ng cedula ang mommy at daddy ng baby.. tpos may pipirmahan po na mga form galing sa pinaganakan nyo..

good day po. sa sss po. may problem po kasi ako na hindi naupdate payments ko last yr. i'm due this nov. makaavail pa rin po ba ako if magbayad ako mula january gang june? or kailangan pa maiupdate yung payments ko last yr? and kailangan po ba mapalitan ang status from employed to voluntary before paying? wala na po kasi ako work since march. thank you sa sasagot. 😊

if nov due date. dpt may at least 3 payments s period ng july 2019 to june 2020.. better if at least 6 payments. pgbayad sa sss. ung form na ibibigay ng sss. dun icheck ung voluntary then ok auto na nila ichange ung member status nyo s sss
