Pergerakan Janin

Bun mau tanya dong.. UK aku sekarang udh 29w5d, ko kayak balik lagi ke trimester pertama ngerasain ngidam, muntah, pusing dll. Terus pergerakan janin nya juga biasanya diusia sgini tu kan lagi aktf²nya tpi sekarang kurang aktif, kira² kenapa ya bun??? Terima kasih buat yang udh mau jawab?
