Baby less active in week 21

My baby is very active in my tummy a few days ago Today I felt the queckening too, but is very quiet the rest of the time. Is this normal?

it varies from baby to baby! my 1st born is only active at night. while now with my 2nd who is super active since week 20, moves non stop throughout the day!
