Is there a difference between postnatal massage and postnatal jamu massage? Is it really neccessary? Anyone has recommendations/ contacts for this?

Jamu massage usually involves traditional Indonesian Malay herbs. I don't think it's necessary but it helps a lot! Mummies out there do you guys have contacts??? I'm keen to try too
