Mat 2, may expiration date?

Would there be expiration on filing mat 2? Kasi I got back to work by January 16 and late ko na nalaman na need pala magresubmit ng copy ng birth cert ni baby. Nabigay na po yung matben but I'm worried na baka dahil anong date na is pabayaran sakin yung matben na nakuha ko since kakasubmit ko lang nung 14 ng scanned copy ng birth certificate.
