    kalo aku minum air kelapa muda murni, bun, biar tetep ada cairan masuk, sama makan makanan yg berkuah, misalnya kalo aku suka sayur asem, sayur sop, dll. trus juga makan buah²an, misalnya semangka, jeruk, belimbing, buah apapun yg bunda suka.
