Ask ko lang po kung pano mapapalakas ang gatas ng ina? Nabreastfeed ko po si Baby for 4 days habang nasa hospital kami. Tapos ngaung umuwi kami sa bahay humina naman ang supply ko.

    unlilatch po. skin to skin with baby. keep hydrated. pwede din pong mag lactation aid like malunggay capsules, tea etc.
