Subchorionic Hemorrhage

Hi im 14weeks pregnant and i'm experiencing Subchorionic hemorrhage, im having a minimal bleeding below on my tummy. My ob gave me antibiotic(cefalexin),duphaston,vitamins(obynal) and continuing my ferrous with folic. She suggest bedrest and no stress... Is there any remedy that you can advise me?

Everything that your OB has suggested should be followed, also, stay hydrated.
