Tidak merasakan tanda kehamilan

Sdh telat haid 6 hr & testpack (+) tp tdk merasakan tanda kehamilan sprti mual/pusing, tidak nyeri berlebihan jg. Niatnya sabtu ini kedokter. Terasa Beda bgt sm hamil anak k1 aq payah bgt . Apa ada moms yg sama sdh (+) tp tidak merasakan tanda hamil slain telat haid.
