Cramps on 2nd Trimester

Mga mamsh! Normal po ba na nagkakaron ng cramps during 2nd trimester, parang gumuguhit yung sakit? I'm now 17wks and 5 days po. Need ko na po ba consult sa OB ko? Thank you po

Mommy, any pain especially cramps during pregnancy isn't normal and shall need appointment for OB schedule as soon as possible.

Maternity Milk Intake

Hi mga Mamsh! Nagstop ako uminom ng Maternity Milk on my 4th week, nasusuka po kasi talaga ako sa lasa. May magiging effect kaya kay baby yon? Kayo po ba, umiinom pa din kayo?

Di ako pinapainom ng OB ko ng maternity milk, better to eat fruits and take calcium capsules nalang dw para iwas GDM
