Ada yang tau cara diet buat ibu hamil di tm3

Waktu usg si hpl lebih cepat 2/3 dari hpht sekarang udah naik 13kg imt normal

Mau nanya bun kan awal hamil cek 1 bulan sekali ke bidan trus masuk tm2 ganti ke puskesmas sekalian

kalo aku tiap bulan ke puskesmas ,kecuali usg aku ke RS kalo dah usg ke RS engga kontrol lg ke puskesmas /kecuali ada keluhan urgent bru ke bidan
