Can I use bottle warmer ?

Dear Parents, Does anyone know how to use milk bottle warmer to keep the express milk warm? How long can the express milk inside milk bottle kept in the warmer? Thanks

    Hi Kenneth, expressed milk should be kept in the fridge or freezer for future use. In room temp, you can keep up to 4 hours, in the fridge up to 4 days and in the freezer up to 6 months. Warm it in the bottle warmer only when you need it.

    7 months BB constipation relief

    Dear parents, My son was having constipation quite frequently, ie 2-3 days poo once. Recently he had difficulty poo, I like to know if this is a common things?       Hi Kenneth, it’s normal for baby to not poop everyday. But when he does poo, is it hard? If it’s not, then it’s fine. If it is, then you may want to incorporate more fibre into his diet. Have you also tried prune puree?
