Laluan still terbuka 3cm

Moms ada tips tak macam mana nak bagi laluan cepat terbuka? Saya dah 3 hari di hospital dan laluan masih lagi sama 3cm (no induce). Ada tak apa2 tips moms yg boleh di kongsikan disini?
