    Sakin sis nung 4mos c bby ko ng start na sya mg solid fud per my pedia advise. 3x a day sya ngsosolid fud bfast, lunch, dinner. Morning nya banana lg na mash. Lunch & dinner nya kunting lugaw at vege like kalabasa, carrots minamash ko lg.
