Morning sickness

Good day mga mamshi! 8weeks preggy npo ako and super duper nahihirapan ako every morning. Kahit kumain ako nang apple right after gumising, mayat maya isusuka ko npo. And nahighirapan din ako kasi after ko mag suka parang ang init init nang dibdib ko at hirap nadin kumain or kahit uminom nang tubig. ? Any suggestions po? *first time mom here* Thank you ?
