Hi.. mag 15 weeks na ko preggy base sa LMP ko.. last week ko lang nalaman at nakapag PT na positive since irregular menstruation ko.. ano po ba maganda itake na vitamins as of the moment? wala kasi check up sa mga center and lying in malapit dto smen.. after ECQ na daw..

Folic Acid , yun yung binigay na vitamins saakin ng ob ko nung first prenatal check up ko eh
