pwde paba uminom ng folic acid kahit 5 months na ang pagbubuntis?

Mag 5 months na po ako. Pinatigil na ng OB ko ang folic sakin pag pasok nag second tri. Then niresitahan ako ng Vitamin D, fish oil at calcium.
