SSS maternity denied

hi momshies..ask ko lang bakit kaya na denied ako sa sss maternity claim ko.. CS po ako.. nagvoluntary po ako ng 3 months.. napasa ko po mat1 ko.. jan-mar binayaran ko po..august po ako nanganak..nong nagpasa po ako mat2 after makumpleto po lahat ng hinihingi nila..sinabi denied po ksi di nasama sa quarter bracket yung bayad ko..

SSS Mat Benefits for voluntary member
