Pregnancy multivitamin

I have ran out of multivitamin till my next gynae visit. Is it okay if I skip one week+ without taking any multivitamin pill?

What are the differences between Harmony and Panorama Test? Does anyone go for other test besides doing the Harmony / Panorama?

Both are similar, Panaroma screens for some additional abnormalities. Just bear in mind both are not diagnostic test - high risk does not confirm anything, it just means there is a chance of abnormality. Confirmative test will be amniocentesis which is invasive and carries risk of miscarriage
