Lo don’t like to drink water

#pleasehelp any Lo doesn’t like to drink water? And how much water should I feed him? He is 14months old

You can try buying fancy prints bottles (especially those prints that he likes) to encourage him to drink. Alternatively, try using cups, my lo loves using adult cups. After 1yo, they can drink as much as they like. Don’t have to really limit intake.

Breastfeeding during confinement

Hi experts! Can I just check, if I am gonna breastfeed my child during confinement, am I allow to drink those herb Chinese soup? Does it affect my baby while breastfeeding?

yes can, confinement nannies and catering always prepare soups. but if you’re buying yourself do check the ingredients and type of soup, can check with tcm or those 药材店
