First time mom
Hello Mommies! I am a first time mom and I'm on my 7th week and 2 days of pregnancy. My OB advised me to a complete bed rest due to subchorionic hemorrhage, pero dahil I am an active person at feeling ko magkakasakit ako ng nakahiga lang magdamag gumagalaw parin ako like natayo, naupo - will this affect my healing process? I am taking medicines naman Folic Acid, Pampakapit and Pampa relax ng Uterus (all these to stop the bleeding per my OB). I'm afraid that standing, sitting will affect. Please help. Thank you!
