Is it normal to feel heartburn, sharp pain in breast, back pain and side stomach pain, but goes away

I'm 22 years old and I'm 7 weeks pregnant po, 1st time ko po ma preggy and i didn't expect po kasi i have pcos, so ayun normal po ba yun pati sumasakit yung sa pelvic ko?

same po tayo. Yan din po lagi Kong sinisearch medyo masakit kasi ang tiyan ko side by side kung minsan pero nawawala din naman, may times na feeling ko para akong magkakaron pero wala naman nalabas na discharge sabi sa napanuod ko its normal so I have nothing to worry about. And yun heartburn at pain sa breast also normal. But you can talk to your OB gyn for check ups.
