Painful breastfeeeding

3mons ng breastfeed si baby pero until now masakit padin ung left breast /nipple ko. Ung sa right naman eh ok. Wala din nmn pong sugat. Basta masakit xa lalo ba sa unang latch ni baby. Ano po kaya ang pedeng gawen ??
