How can I find similar aged child (2 ue old) that speak mainly mandarin to do play date?

Join the Hokkien huay kuan- they have lots of activities for kids and mostly Chinese speakers attend. For us we did play dates with friends we met at Chengzhu mandarin playgroup. When she was older (4) we enrolled in berries. And she has play date with her berries friends.
