My 2nd Baby After 11 Years

I am now 3weeks pregnant and it seems like everything that I feel as my pregnancy prosper, is back from the start. I'm thinking if mababa yung matris ko as I feel like parang mahuhuhulog yung puson ko minsan then sumasakit yung likuran ko. How can I massage it? I've read articles saying that it is possible na mapataas kapag minasahe and exercise.

Ako po 9 years bago nasundan, parang nanganganay daw po yung feeling, parang 1st time ulit pero sakin mas masakit sa 2nd time
