ask po ikaw s OB m or paconsult ikaw. if ayaw m mgtake ng meds like me, i take vitc once or twice a day. basta dapat meron vitc a day atleast. tapos lemon juice in lukewarm water yung puro. i slice the lemon in thin slices and nilalagay ko s tumbler then shake the tumbler para lumabas yung juice s fruit. Normal s pregnant yung nagiging sakitin kaya take best care of yourself. inumin m din vitamins m lagi.
