Week 10 Vomit nothing but white slimy liquid

im at week 10 of my pregnancy ... i started vomiting after i shower in the morning without eating anything. I vomited white or transparent liquid. whole day i am feeling terrible as the puking feel is at the tip of my throat. Is this normal?

Nausea and vomiting is normal in the first trimester. Perhaps you puked white because you did not eat anything? 🥲 try eating small meals in the morning.. coz you still need nutrients to stay healthy.

Different type of dreams

I dreams wheneva I sleep ,during this 4-5 weeks of my first trim..different type of dream..is it normal?

Normal. Dreams become more vivid or different from Pre pregnancy usually

I just found out I'm preg, can I still continue taking Multi Vitamin-woman & Evening primrose oil ?

Consult your gynae. My gynae asked me to stop all supplements (I was also taking evening primrose, fish oil, multivits and others). And only asked me to keep Folic acid and vitamin D, for first trimester.
