High Blood Pressure

Hello po I'm 27weeks preggy po. Ano po kaya magandang gawin para bumaba po ang BP. Hindi naman ako mahilig sa maalat, matatabang pagkain at soft drinks but still mataas pa rin BP ko. 😔😭

    Consult with your OB para maresetahan ka ng gamot if needed. Delikado kasi sa buntis ang mataas ang BP.
