What should i do? My 7th month old baby refuse to eat and drink. Use to drink 180ml per feed. Now he dun even want to drink 100ml. Make solid for him he keeps pushing away. So stress :(

Hi mummies :) What is the best way to prepare the purée and bring to ifc? Does the freezing affect the nutrients or freshness of the food? I personally do not eat overnight food so not sure will the freezing affect the freshness...

Freshness and quality at the time of freezing affect the condition of frozen purée . Store all foods at 0° F or lower to retain vitamin content, color, flavor and texture.Freezing process itself does not destroy nutrients. For optimal quality and nutrient retention, keep frozen baby food cubes in the freezer for a maximum of 3 months. But I recommend always recommend using within 1 month if at all possible. If you plan on freezing baby food, start with a few of the following fruits and vegetables that do not lose much in the way or taste or texture when frozen in pureed form: Sweet Potatoes Peas Cauliflower Blueberries Broccoli Cherries Beets Carrots Pumpkin Strawberries Beans and lentils Butternut squash Food that don't freeze well Bananas Pears Plums Avocados Apricots Pears Kiwi Cucumbers Read more at http://wholesomebabyfood.momtastic.com/freezepage.htm#IMJQsMZHUv0yh4zb.99

My baby is currently 6mo. Hesitating to start soild food as he is having cough and a lot of phlegm. Starting to lose interest in milk as well. Afraid if start soild food will course him to have more phlegm. Can advise what should i do?? TIA!
