Postpartum Belly Band

Hi mamas, when is the best time to wear the postpartum Belly wrap for a quicker recovery of flabby stomach from childbirth? Currently am 9 days postpartum and I have started my urut massage as well. What time of the day should I be wearing the band?

I started 1 week into confinement, then confinement lady started the wrap. You can wear for as long as you can take it. I personally wear for 8-9 hours then remove and quick shower. Next day she come in the morning will bind again.

You can try a reliable 3rd party courier. Have it pick up at your house and send it to multiple locations. Rather than ordering and the shop company to send it. Rate wise you have to enquire. Dont use Lalamove, Grab or Telegram. Cause sometimes not reliable and scam.

Other alternatives to maternity milk

Hi mamas, I am expecting my 2nd child and 5 months pregnant. I use to love milk and I have been drinking milk and maternity milk for my first child. However during my second pregnancy any mill related stuff caused me inbearable bloats even till now. Is there any other alternatives to get nutrients to myself and my child? Currently on calcium and obimin supplement

Hello mamas, any idea what kind and where I can get maternity or comfy bra that can last through the pregnancy ? The previous ones I got either have not enough support and makes wearing shirt so ugly... Especially when I am still heading to work. The shape is just ugly. But wired bras are really brutal too.

Non sugar light drinks

Hi mamas, I am on my first trimester and I am craving so badly for light sugared drinks due to my morning sickness. I'd been trying less sugar 菊花 or wheatgrass but I am concern about the sugar level. Non sugar Milo seems too thick and chalky and it makes my morning sickness worst. Any recommendation for non sugar flavoured drinks ?

I have been drinking honey lemon to get rid of the sick feeling… i know it’s still sugar but it makes me feel less guilty 😅

Hi mamas, any yogurt to recommend for my baby that is 1year+ and having trouble pooping because she poops normal adult poop like poop already?

My baby is 13m+ and we only give her pure Greek yoghurt from farmers union.
