10 weeks preggy working in night shift

Hello mga mamsh! I'm 10 weeks pregnant and working as a V.A. nightshift ang work since nasa US client ko, need ko na BA mag stop agad para Di mapuyat? Or pwede ko pa idaan sa vitamins & also Complete naman tulog ko sa morning pag out ko.. mga 8-10 hours bali nagbabawi naman ako.. tanong ko Lang sa mga same experience sakin? Stop ko na ba work ko? Delikado BA Kay baby na nagpupuyat ako? Kung need ko talaga i-stop, need ba asap or pwede certain time? Need advice from mga working mommy dyan. ? Thank you
