my baby bump is too little

Im 14week and 2 day but my baby bump is too little .. is that normal? tho i see some changes in my tummy.. i did'nt get a ultrasound yet my ob said it's better when in my 5 month so we can see the baby's figure. But im just curious about my baby.

it is ok to drink meds of 1st month of pregnancy??

Can i ask it is ok to take biogesic in first month of pregnancy due to headache?! i did'nt know by that time that im pregnant until my 2nd month when i use PT. they say its ok but some don't, Im confuse? Im just worried about my baby's development.
