How to gain a weight.

Hello everyone. My concern is all about my baby girl weight. Shes 1 and 7months this months but shes only 10kls. What to do? I do every thing to make her weight improve but nothing change. Any vitamins recommend is much appreciated! Thankyou and Godbless.

How to gain a weight.

Mommy try nyo po 3 meals at 2 snacks tapos limit the milk to 16 oz a day para marami siya makain na real foods. Sa edad nila hindi na kailangan ang milk. Try to give her avocado, banana with peanut butter or apple with peanut butter for snacks. More protein and good fats na food. Ang baby ko hindi siya mataba pero ang bigat-bigat nya. At hindi naman kailangan na mataba para masabi g healthy. As long as alam mo na healthy lahat kinakain nya ok na yon.
