I had my menstruation Aug 1-6 and Aug 29-Sep 2. When is the best time to take PT?

I just have a question, since there's Covid right now, I'm hesitant to go to Hospital just to find answer. I have irregular periods and Im not sure if I'm pregnant to my 2nd baby right now. I had my menstruation last month, AUGUST 1-6 and AUGUST 29-SEPTEMBER 2. Now, my question is when should I take a pregnancy test? Thank you so much for reading this.
