mucus plug 3 days

40 weeks na ako , 3 days na my lumalabas sa akin na mucus plug yung brown na parang sticky thing, pero last check up ko yung sat. 1cm palang 1st baby ko po to pa help naman po kong ano dapat kong gawin

    lakad lakad ka mamshie. kain ka din pineapple pampalambot ng cervix (sabi ng ibang OB) which is effective naman sakin
