Not sure if I'm really pregnant

Negative sa pt..pero not sure if I'm really pregnant but may tummy is getting big Po. my menstruation Last January was delayed then Feb and march I got my period but 1 day only.

Na hihirapan na po ak kasi hinde naman ako sinabihan na mag paraspa ako mag bedrest lang muna daw ako total man daw walang na kita sa transv ko ang hirap ng setwasyon ko ngayon lalo pa na nagkakasakit ako ubo at sipon nan ngangati pa mga mata ko.
