Pano po ba maiwasan ang pag kakaroon ng stretch marks?

I dont think na pwede maiwasan ang strech marks especially kung petit ka tlga mula bata then u became pregnant, so tlgang mag sstrech ung balat mo. But you can use aloe vera or ung palmers for stretch marks pra maiwsan ung pangangati which also cause strech marks.
