How to make my belly smaller?

Hi there mommies! I'm a first time mom and just gave birth last Dec. 10, 2020 via normal delivery. I feed my baby thru formula bec. last Dec. 8 i had my swab test, then Dec. 10 i gave birth, then Dec. 12 i received the result and I'm positive with Covid-19 that's why i need to medicate first and do 14days of quarantine in the hospital, that's the reason why i was not able to continue my breastfeeding journey with baby. I just want to have ideas how to make my belly get smaller bec. I'm a petite person and it looks like I'm still preggy hahaha! Thank you for all the advice mommies! 🤗😍
