Fruit bath relieves stress, improves blood circulation, nourishes the skin and boosts immunity 💯 the milk on it will help exfoliate the skin for additional softness 👍🏻 Supplies needed? ✅bath tub (i borrowed the bath tub sa kapitbahay hahaha) ✅fruits (I only used lemon and orange) ✅distilled water (Since may wilkins si bebelab na hindi niya nagagamit dahil pure breastfeed naman sya ngayon, yun ginamit ko) ✅boiled water (para hindi sya lamigin kahit nakababad sa water for 20mins) ✅breastmilk or formula milk is okay (i actually used her formula milk Bonna) 😂 ✅bath towel Thats it‼️ Let your baby experience it too ☺️ Oh and btw, make sure your baby can sit unassisted when you do this 😉
