Jahitan episiotomi

Halo buibu, Ada yang kaya saya gak? Udah mau 3 bulan area bekas episiotomi masih suka linu, pegel kadang cekit cekit apalagi kalo capek atau kebanyakan duduk, saya digunting sampe deket a*us dan kena otot 😅 jadi gimana gitu mau hb ngeri ngeri sedap 😅
