Kandungan saya baru 10week tapi nurse kata berat dh melebihi target macam mana yea nak atasi msalah ni risau plk jadinya

    kalau sis xde alahan mmg senang Naik bdn. mcm Sy bukak buku 71kg skrg tinggal 69kg. alahan muntah 3-4x sehari. Sy lebih bmi. jd mungkin sis bole Mula kurangkan manis dan mkn mknan berkhasiat. tkut Kita high risk utk gdm.
