HB Rendah bumil TM3

Bunda, saya mau tanya dong. UK sy skrng 34w3d tapi hb sy rendah 9,69 tapi tiap minum tablet penambah darah kadang mual. Sdh 2 hari ini muntah dan badan lemas nafsu makan juga hilang. Betis ngilu sekali. Ada yg tau bagaimna cara menaikkan HB darah bumil TM3 soalnya sy sangat khawatir 😢🥺
