Bayiku kok belum pipis dan pup ya?

Assalamu'alaikum bund, aq mau tanya nih.. Bayiku lahir 29 agt kemarin, tapi sampai hari ini belum ada pipis dan sdh ad poop satu kali.. Ada yg pernah punya pengalaman ga ya soal yg kayak aq alami skrg? Kira2 bahaya ga ya?
