perut keram

perut ku kadang suka keram di trimester awal wajar ga ya bun? Padahal makan kenyang sampe perut begah rasanya tp kalo dibawa nungging perut rasanya lega apalagi kalo buang angin rasanya plong tp seringnya klo lagi keram susah buang angin. Ada yg ngalamin hal yg samakah?
