Telat haid 2 hari tespeck masih negative

Bund,ijin sharing,,,aku baru keguguran sptember kemaren, bulan oktobr aku udh haid,bulan ini telat 2hari tapi perut terasa begah,punggung dan perut rasanya pegal,,sering lemas cape,apakah ini tanda2 hamil?tp udh tespek negative?
